The short version: MyLinkList helps you share gift ideas. Be kind, only post things you have the right to share, and remember that you buy gifts from the stores, not from us.
Agreeing to these terms
By using MyLinkList at mylinklist.app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use MyLinkList.
Who can use MyLinkList
You must be at least 13 years old to use MyLinkList. If you're under the age of adulthood where you live, please use it with a parent or guardian's permission.
Your account
- Give us a real email address and keep your password private.
- You're responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else has gotten in, change your password and use “Sign out on all devices”.
- You can stop using MyLinkList at any time. To delete your account, open your profile and tap “Delete my account”.
What you add
Your lists, notes, photos and messages belong to you. By adding them, you let us store them and show them to the people you share them with, only so we can run MyLinkList. Please only add photos and words you have the right to share.
Please don't
- Post anything illegal, hateful, threatening or harassing, or anything sexual involving minors.
- Use MyLinkList to send spam, scams or links to harmful websites.
- Pretend to be someone else.
- Try to see information you're not meant to see, like who picked a gift on your own list.
- Try to break, overload or copy MyLinkList, or use bots to scrape it.
If someone breaks these rules, we may remove what they posted or close their account.
Gifts, prices and stores
- MyLinkList doesn't sell anything. When you buy a gift, you're buying from the store, and the store's own terms apply.
- MyLinkList may earn a small commission when you buy something through a store link. It never changes the price you pay.
- Product names, photos and prices come from store websites. They can be out of date or wrong, so always check the price on the store's site before you buy.
- Price-drop alerts are a helpful extra. We can't promise we'll catch every change.
- When you pick a gift or chip in, you're making a promise to the people you're shopping with. MyLinkList doesn't collect or hold any money.
Changes to MyLinkList
We're always working to make MyLinkList better, so features may change, and some may be added or removed. We may also update these terms. If we make important changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and let account holders know. If you keep using MyLinkList after that, you agree to the new terms.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep MyLinkList running smoothly, but we provide it “as is”. We can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that information on it will always be accurate.
Limits on our responsibility
As far as the law allows, MyLinkList isn't responsible for indirect losses, such as a missed gift, a price that changed, or a purchase from a store. Our total responsibility for any claim about MyLinkList is limited to $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
